Frequently asked questions
Q: How do I order a print?
A: You can order from our secure online store by clicking
the "Go to Shop" button and following the instructions.
You also have the option to order the work framed.
Alternatively you can contact us directly by emailing Josh
on jbaum@alefsinwonderland.com to arrange payment
and delivery.
Q: What is a printed ketubah with personalised text?
A: A printed ketubah with personalised text involves Josh writing
your individual text, with your names, the date of the wedding
and the name of the location with a quill and printing around it
one of our designs. The prints are of the highest quality using
archival inks (non-fading) on fine art paper hand gilded with
23 carat gold leaf on selected designs.
Q: How do I know which ketubah text to choose?
A: There are many different versions of ketubah texts and usually
the version depends upon the Rabbi who is officiating at the
wedding. However Josh has 10 years of experience dealing with
the many different texts so do feel free to contact him to discuss
your options on jbaum@alefsinwonderland.com
Q: How do I commission an original ketubah?
A: Commissioning an original ketubah will involve a discussion with Josh to discover
exactly what kind of design you would like. It could be inspired by one of our existing
designs, or something completely new and representative of you - anything
is possible! and though it is a more expensive option than a print, it is a unique
opportunity to commission a piece of original and beautiful art.
Q: Can I order work framed?
A: Yes, Alefs in Wonderland is currently working with Jan Poul Frames
who produce beautiful hand finished wooden frames.
If you choose the framed option from our online shop the work will come in a frame
specially chosen by us to compliment the art, but we can also provide

framing options email Josh on jbaum@alefsinwonderland.com
